Initial assessment

Assessments consist of an in-depth and thorough 1 hour appointment. They include a detailed history and physical evaluation to determine the root cause of symptoms. (Telehealth option available)

In person treatment

Equipped with a wide variety of treatment options to get you out of pain and moving better! Treatment can consist of manual therapy such as:

  • active release therapy
  • instrument assisted care
  • joint manipulations 
  • acupuncture

Additionally, active care includes physical rehab exercises, injury prevention exercises, strength and mobility exercises.

Telehealth is efficient and effective. Done from the comfort and safety of your home. No equipment is necessary. A thorough history and physical examination will be performed. Sessions will consist of guiding clients through individualized exercises to address issues and strategies to empower clients to address key lifestyle aspects. Comprehensive Gait Analysis

A gait analysis is the study of human locomotion. As one of the best road racers in the National Capital Region, and an experienced distance running coach, Garrett has a wealth of knowledge in the discipline.  The former triathlete, and winner of the National Capital Race Weekend 5km,  Garrett will utilize his wealth of knowledge, and experience as a chiropractor, to analyze your stride in real time.  With his keen eye, and the latest gait analysis technology, Garrett will isolate asymmetries in your movement patterns and create a strength and conditioning, and treatment, program to ameliorate your stride, and get you back on track 

Whether you are looking to complete your first race, trying to improve your personal best in the marathon, or you are in the process of overcoming an injury, improving one’s gait can help you break through by improving running economy and reducing pain.

The gait analysis consists of two 30min sessions. The first session involves conducting a movement screen followed by a short run on a treadmill. The second session involves a ‘review of findings’ and practical recommendations. (virtual options available)
